songs and music both sides enjoyed my old Kentucky home, and Dixie. played guitars, banjos, flutes, and harmonicas. Lorena, maryland, and the Bonnie blue flag were some favorites.

Living quaters Not very fansy . usually dog tents. would steal union tents and blankets. would use rifles to hold up tents some times.
letters home one of the most popular uses of a soldiers free time. if some one could not write or read thier friends would help them write a letter home.
gambling gambling was forbidden officers can't stop it if it gets to big they join it. bet on mouse races, hog races, and toy boat races.
